How long will the order take to ship?

After confirming the order, we will deliver the goods to the house as soon as possible. Orders are generally delivered to the courier company within 2/3 working days and delivered within 5 working days.



 After placing an order, can I modify the order information?

If you find you want to change your shipping address within an hour of submitting your order, please email us immediately during service hours and we will try to change your address for you.

How to check order status:

You can check your order details and status through the following methods, browse the order record and status in the "Order History" of your "My Account", or check with the company via Whatsapp, Singal or by calling 97867897.

When the shipment is dispatched, we will send the tracking number of the order to check the delivery status of the shipment through the SF Express App.



Return and Exchange Policy

To be returned, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Also, you must keep the original megawaoptical.mystoreberry.com packaging and accessories. When requesting a return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase from megawaoptical.mystoreberry.com.

Refund Arrangement

After receiving the returned product, it will usually be refunded within two working days after the inspection is complete.
